Living Reiki is more than an attunement—it’s a way of living in harmony with the universal life-force that moves through all things.
Two paths flow from the same current of energy:
✨ The Living Reiki Journey – a 3-month experience for those ready to receive and embody healing. This path weaves Reiki, Ayurveda, and Yoga into one living rhythm of renewal, helping you return to balance in body, mind, and spirit.
🌕 The Living Reiki Mentorship – for those called to share Reiki as healers and teachers through guided attunement, mentorship, and certification.
Both begin with a complimentary Living Reiki Intro Call to explore your goals and discover which path best supports your journey.
Yoga Asanas for Vitality (55+)
Move with ease, breathe with awareness, and cultivate wholeness at any age. This 4-week series introduces a gentle, progressive yoga asana sequence designed especially for adults 55 and older. Each class blends simple postures with breath and rest, supporting flexibility, balance, circulation, and calm. No prior yoga experience needed — just a willingness to explore and enjoy gentle movement in community.

You’re invited to step into a sacred space created just for you—a mid-day moment of stillness, restoration, and remembrance.
Sacred Pause is a monthly gathering designed to help women reconnect with the quiet wisdom of their own bodies and the rhythm of the seasons. Rooted in Ayurvedic principles and guided by yoga, intuitive healing, and soulful presence, this 90-minute experience invites you to slow down, soften, and be nourished—body, mind, and spirit.
Expect gentle movement, grounding breathwork, seasonal reflection, and deep rest supported by warm savasana towels and a calming space to simply be. Our circle will close with tea and a few moments for quiet connection.
This offering is for women ready to return to themselves—to listen inward, move intentionally, and be held in quiet sisterhood.

Monthly Yoga Nidra
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a powerful guided meditation practice that brings you into a state of deep relaxation. During Yoga Nidra, you'll be guided through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques that help release tension, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. This practice is done lying down, making it accessible to anyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. All you need to do is show up, lie back, and let the practice restore your mind and body.
Why now?
The holiday season can be overwhelming, with high stress levels, busyness, and the pressures of family and social commitments. Yoga Nidra offers a rare opportunity to slow down, recalibrate, and center yourself amidst the chaos. It’s the perfect self-care practice to bring calm and balance into your life when you need it most.

Thanksgiving Detox & Recovery
Join me for a 75 minute Detox & Restore yoga class the Friday after Thanksgiving! Come release unwanted toxins and cleanse the body after that Turkey dinner.
By integrating twists, hip and heart openers and perhaps an arm balance, I will walk you through a full-body practice that will cleanse the mind, body and soul. You will leave class feeling revived, rejuvenated and replenished as we unwind into some yin/restorative poses before taking rest.

Join me for 45mins of virutal JUICINESS with MYOFASCIAL RELEASE! If you’re interested in increasing mobility, flexibility, and releasing muscle tension then THIS IS FOR YOU! We’ll use tennis balls with traditional restorative yoga poses to target those tight spots. Myofascial release is a great way to release any fascial adhesions, stimulate blood flow, collagen and lengthen the tissues in the body. Great for athletes and anyone needing to cultivate more balance and space in the body. ALL WELCOMED.

VIN/YIN : flow and chill with Amy
SELF CARE SUNDAY
a Mind ~ Body Wellness Series
Balance your yin and yang energies with this combination class. VIN/YIN is half vinyasa flow and half yin yoga (a very slow paced, deep practice focusing on long holds of grounded/seated postures). Students will be given an energizing flow sequence to start followed by 30 minutes of deep postures (with restorative alternative options) each held for 3-5 minutes to stimulate the joints and connective tissues by increasing the supply of fluids to them. All levels welcOMe!

Reiki is a beautiful exchange of energy. Many times we give Reiki but we forget to receive it. A Reiki exchange is about building a community of Reiki practitioners and providing a supportive, safe space to practice giving and receiving Reiki. The Reiki exchange is open to those certified in Reiki one and up. For those not attuned and are looking for healing, you are still invited.
