The Living Wholeness Method™

If something in your body feels off, you don't have to figure it out alone.

You don't need more random appointments. You need support that meets your body, your nervous system, and your energy — and helps all three find their way back to balance.

Through pulse assessment, energy work, and grounded Ayurvedic care, I help you return to steadiness at the root, drawing on both clinical insight and intuitive guidance.

This work is for people navigating stress, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, and nervous system overwhelm — or simply a sense that something deeper is asking to be understood.

Hi, I'm Amy Hope-Gentry.

I help people return their systems to balance through Ayurvedic pulse assessment, nervous system support, yoga, and energy work — Reiki, tuning forks, and intuitive guidance — in Winchester & Berryville, VA and online.

My approach is simple and grounded, and it's also intuitive. Some sessions work step by step through the body's patterns. Others move through pulse, touch, or insight that gets there faster than words can. Both are part of how I work, and both are real.

Most clients begin with a session to understand what their system — and their deeper pattern — actually needs.

How We Work Together

Healing doesn't happen through one session alone. It happens through understanding what your body needs, then supporting it consistently over time.

Here’s how we work together:

Phase 1 — Deep Assessment

We begin with a comprehensive session — pulse assessment alongside intuitive insight — to understand your systems, patterns, and what your body needs most right now.
This helps us identify root causes, not just symptoms.

Phase 2 — Stabilization

From there, we support your system through targeted care, daily rhythm alignment, and whatever combination of nervous system regulation and energy work — Reiki, tuning forks, or other tools — your body responds to. This is where your body starts to feel steady again.

Phase 3 — Ongoing Care

As your system stabilizes, we continue with ongoing support and deeper work as it's ready to be addressed, so your progress is sustained, not temporary. This care evolves with you.

Most clients begin with a session to understand where to start.

How I Understand What Your Body Needs

Your pulse reveals patterns in digestion, stress, and deeper imbalances that often don't show up in symptoms alone. Intuitive insight fills in what even the pulse doesn't fully explain.

Instead of guessing what your body needs, we begin with what your system — and what's underneath it — is actually asking for.

This is why most clients begin with a session.

HI - I’m Amy….

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Health and Integrative Health, and I continue advanced study in pulse analysis and clinical Ayurvedic care. My work blends personal experience with structured training, so the guidance you receive is both intuitive and informed.

Ayurvedic pulse analysis is one of the core tools I use — a diagnostic art that reveals patterns in the body before they fully appear as symptoms, often alongside the intuitive read that surfaces in the same session.

My path into wellness began years ago, when I was struggling with chronic IBS symptoms, stress, and the feeling that my body was constantly overloaded. I tried the typical solutions, but nothing truly helped.

So I turned inward — toward yoga, simple daily rituals, and a more natural way of living.

As I started practicing yoga regularly, something shifted. Not only did my digestion calm, but my body felt lighter, my mind clearer, and my energy steadier. That experience changed everything. It showed me that healing doesn’t always come from trying harder; it comes from connecting with yourself and supporting your system in simple, consistent ways.

Over the years, I added Ayurveda and energy healing into my own life. Each step deepened my understanding of how the body, mind, and spirit work together. These practices helped me feel grounded, centered, and more like myself than ever before.

Today, I teach from that lived experience.

I offer what has truly helped me: yoga, Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, and energy work — all woven together in a way that feels practical, nurturing, and real.

My approach is gentle, clear, and supportive. I don’t believe healing has to be complicated. I believe it should feel grounding, intuitive, and empowering — and I believe everyone has the capacity to feel well in their body and balanced in their energy.

Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, digestive issues, emotional overwhelm, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support you with tools that work and practices that meet you where you are.

I’m honored to walk with you on your path to balance, clarity, and well-being.
