Before anything else, your body speaks. We begin by reading what your body is already telling us — not what your mind thinks it needs, but what your energy is ready to move.

From there, the journey unfolds intuitively. Some journeys move deeply and quietly. Others release what has been held for a long time. Many arrive feeling one way and leave feeling like themselves again — only more so.
