A gentle blend of breath-led movement and steady shapes to help you reconnect, release tension, and settle your system.

My classes are designed for every body and every season of practice - whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after years. Through simple flows, breathwork, and grounding Yin postures, yoga becomes a space to slow down, listen inward, and feel supported in both body and mind.

Each class is a little different, weaving in traditional asanas, seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, and subtle energetic awareness. It’s never about “doing the pose perfectly.” It’s about how you feel when you leave the mat.

Yoga pairs beautifully with Ayurveda and energy healing, giving you a supportive foundation for your whole wellness journey.

What Is It?

Tranquil Flow warms the body with gentle Vinyasa to release stiffness, then shifts into supported Yin shapes (held 2–4 minutes) to hydrate fascia and downshift the nervous system.

Expect:

  • a restful close with breath or meditation

  • I’ve been practicing yoga with Amy on and off for about five years now, with a pause during Covid. Even as a beginner, she never makes me feel insecure or not good enough. A month-long series of gentle, basic/slow-flow Vinyasa to keep your home practice steady. Perfect if you’re supplementing in-person classes or can’t get out to practice.
