Tranquil Flow | Vinyasa + Yin (All Levels)

My classes are designed for all levels; whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. With a mix of gentle flows, breath work, and grounding postures, yoga is a space to slow down, reconnect, and strengthen body and mind.

Each class is a little different, blending traditional asanas with seasonal wisdom from Ayurveda and subtle energy practices. It’s not about “doing the pose perfectly”, it’s about how you feel when you leave your mat.

What Is It?

We warm the body with gentle Vinyasa to release stiffness, then linger in supported Yin shapes (2–4 minutes) to hydrate fascia and downshift the nervous system.

Clear cues, compassionate pacing, and a generous rest/meditation to close.

  • I’ve been practicing yoga with Amy on and off for about five years now, with a pause during Covid. Even as a beginner, she never makes me feel insecure or not good enough. I can see how much I’ve grown and learned, but what matters most is how welcoming she is - always greeting us with a big smile and encouragement that makes me want to keep showing up. Her spirit is what I think of when I think of yoga. Every class leaves me feeling better in my body, and more uplifted in my mind and attitude.

Virtual — Monthly Series (via Zoom)

Wednesdays & Sundays, 45 minutes.
A month-long series of gentle, basic/slow-flow Vinyasa to keep your home practice steady. Perfect if you’re supplementing in-person classes or can’t get out to practice.

Replays are provided for each class if you can’t attend live.
