A breath-led blend of Vinyasa and supported Yin designed to release stiffness, regulate your nervous system, and help you leave feeling steady and clear.

My classes are designed for every body and every season of life — whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away. Through simple flows, longer Yin holds, and grounded breathwork, we create space to slow down, listen inward, and build strength without strain.

Each class weaves traditional asana, seasonal Ayurvedic awareness, and subtle energetic support. It’s never about doing the pose perfectly — it’s about how you feel when you walk out the door.

Yoga pairs naturally with Ayurveda and energy healing, offering a steady foundation for your whole wellness journey.

What Is It?

Tranquil Flow begins with a breath-led Vinyasa warm-up to gently release stiffness and build heat. We then shift into supported Yin shapes (held 2–4 minutes) to hydrate fascia, downshift the nervous system, and create deeper release.

Private Virtual Practice Space

Sundays | 45 minutes

A quiet, shared practice space for clients currently working with me through yoga, Ayurveda, or energy healing.

We move gently, breathe intentionally, and allow the nervous system to settle. This is not a traditional virtual class — it’s a small, relational, invitation-based space.

Yoga is most powerful when it’s supported. Many of my students choose to pair their practice with a monthly Prana Pulse Check or Reiki session to deepen results and maintain balance throughout the season.
