Tranquil Flow | Vinyasa + Yin (All Levels)
My classes are designed for all levels; whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. With a mix of gentle flows, breath work, and grounding postures, yoga is a space to slow down, reconnect, and strengthen body and mind.
Each class is a little different, blending traditional asanas with seasonal wisdom from Ayurveda and subtle energy practices. It’s not about “doing the pose perfectly”, it’s about how you feel when you leave your mat.

What Is It?
We warm the body with gentle Vinyasa to release stiffness, then linger in supported Yin shapes (2–4 minutes) to hydrate fascia and downshift the nervous system.
Clear cues, compassionate pacing, and a generous rest/meditation to close.

Virtual — Monthly Series (via Zoom)
Wednesdays & Sundays, 45 minutes.
A month-long series of gentle, basic/slow-flow Vinyasa to keep your home practice steady. Perfect if you’re supplementing in-person classes or can’t get out to practice.
Replays are provided for each class if you can’t attend live.
