For those ready to understand their system more deeply

A Pulse Check is an Ayurvedic pulse reading that helps us understand what patterns are present in your system right now.

The pulse reveals patterns in digestion, nervous system activity, inflammation, and deeper imbalances that may not yet show up as symptoms.

Step 3

If deeper patterns are present, we move into a full consultation, virtual or in person.

This session explores your health history, daily rhythms, digestion, stress patterns, and lifestyle so we can understand the root causes of imbalance.
