What type of yoga do you teach?
I teach Tranquil Flow - a blend of gentle Vinyasa and Yin designed to support mobility, calm the nervous system, and help you reconnect with your body. Classes are beginner-friendly with clear cues and options for every body.
What happens during an Ayurvedic consultation?
You’ll share your health history, daily rhythm, digestion, stress patterns, and goals. I observe your pulse and tongue (if in person) and create a simple, personalized plan to support your digestion, energy, sleep, and overall balance.
What is a Prana Pulse Check?
It’s a short, gentle Ayurvedic session that helps you understand your current energy and what your body needs right now. You’ll leave with 1–3 simple daily shifts you can apply immediately.
What can I expect during an energy healing session?
Energy healing is deeply relaxing. You’ll lie comfortably while I use Reiki, AromaTouch, and vibrational tools to support your nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. Each session is personalized and trauma-sensitive.
Do I need experience with yoga, Ayurveda, or Reiki to work with you?
No experience is needed. Everything I offer is beginner-friendly, simple, and grounded. You can start anywhere: yoga, Ayurveda, telehealth, or energy healing, and I’ll guide you from there.
Are telehealth sessions effective?
Yes. Virtual sessions offer personalized Ayurvedic and energetic support from the comfort of your space. They’re especially helpful if you want clarity, a reset, or consistent gentle guidance without needing to come in person.
Do you offer packages or ongoing support?
Yes! Living Reiki, seasonal check-ins, and monthly Ayurvedic guidance are available for deeper, long-term support. You’re welcome to reach out to see what fits your needs.
