Back by popular demand, another outdoor yoga event!

I'm changing it up a little for heat reasons and offering this event Sunday, August 9th at 10am

I'll be teaching a gentle flow class beginning at 10am and we'll enjoy a mimosa afterwards - all on the beautiful property of Audley Farm!
