HI - I’m Amy….

For over 15 years, I’ve been walking the path of holistic wellness—guided by yoga, Ayurveda, and energy healing. My own journey began when I chose to step away from prescription medicine for digestive issues and turned instead toward yoga and natural healing. That single choice opened the door to everything I share today.

I’ve studied Ayurveda and Integrated Health, trained in Reiki and AromaTouch, and taught yoga to students of all ages and abilities. But more than titles or trainings, what I bring to each session is presence, intuition, and the understanding that healing happens on many levels.

What I’ve discovered along the way is that these practices are not separate—they’re woven together like threads of the same tapestry. Yoga helps us move and breathe into balance. Ayurveda gives us the wisdom to align with nature’s rhythms. Energy healing clears the subtle patterns we can’t always name but deeply feel. Together, they create wholeness.

Whether you come to me for a yoga class, a Prana Pulse Check, or a Reiki session, know that you are stepping into a space of support, compassion, and gentle transformation. My role is simply to walk beside you as you return to your natural state of harmony.
