Through gentle movement and conscious breath, this practice supports:

You don’t need to arrive with an intention — the practice meets you where you are.

Soulful Yoga is a weekly, gentle flow designed to help you come home to your body.

This practice offers a quiet, supportive space to move, breathe, and listen — without pressure, performance, or expectation. Each week, we gather virtually to explore movement as a conversation with the body rather than something to push through or perfect.

This is a practice of awareness, not achievement.

What to Expect Each Week

Gentle, supportive yoga flow

This is an all-levels practice. No prior yoga experience is required.

Space, Privacy & How We Gather

Classes are held live on Zoom.

Cameras are never required to be on.

This is a space where you can:

  • practice privately in your own home

  • move without being observed

  • listen inward without distraction

  • let the experience be just for you

Participation looks different every week — and that’s welcome here.

Live + Replay Access

Classes are offered live each week

  • Replays are provided for anyone who can’t attend live

  • You’re welcome to practice live, with the replay, or a mix of both

Consistency without pressure.

Monthly Registration

Soulful Yoga is offered in monthly series, allowing you to commit one month at a time.

Each month includes:

  • All live classes for that month

  • Replay access for every session
