The workshop will start with discussion on how to embrace the physical and emotional changes that occur as we move past our 40s, and how to flow into our 50s and beyond with grace, ease, and joy. Using pranayama, restorative yoga, essential oils, and meditation, this session is designed specifically for women who are approaching or have already experienced menopause. This workshop is suitable for those who are new to yoga, who may be thinking, "I’m too old or inflexible to start yoga," and also those who have been practicing yoga for a while and are starting to notice that their bodies are craving a gentler, kinder yoga practice.
