Tuesday's: 6-7pm - VINYASA FLOW - from beginner to advanced. class allows multiple options for a pose while still flowing with breath
Saturday's; 9-10am - GENTLE FLOW - a more basic class, with longer holds and more grounding postures. A nice place for new practitioners , or the athlete who needs to slow down. This class will concentrate on a more basic postures, hip openers, forward folds as well as restorative stretching to release any unnecessary stress
What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?
Vinyasa also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath.
